Design
Our collections are created through close cooperation with our customers. MILES employs a total of 30 fashion designers and graphic designers on a permanent basis – these are the people entrusted with the design and development of our collections. We are inspired by current fashion trends in the world’s largest fashion metropolises: New York, London, Milan and Paris. In combination with our customers’ specific wishes, trends are adapted to fit into your target market in our in-house design studio.
Using CAD software, our design studio produces up to 4,000 templates and 15,000 samples annually. To make sure that the clothing articles sit perfectly, various fits, collection samples and processing samples are created and tried on again and again. The collection sketches created throughout this process are distributed across our network of over 80 production facilities, where they are realised, producing 450 collections each year.
Our five in-house professional graphical designers use specialised fashion design software to achieve the desired colours and to carry out the design development process, creating textile prints or embroidery designs. MILES offers a service package which includes the design and creation of the goods labels, tags and packaging.
