Since 2002 the hardline office has been a successful and expanding column of the MILES Company.
The product range is continually growing. Outdoor equipment such as garden furniture, suitcases and bags, camping and beach articles as well as home & living articles including household goods and furniture form the key focus of this multifaceted division of the company. The portfolio is topped off with lifestyle accessories such as artistic and decorative articles for inside and outside.
Another key focus is travel articles, such as MILES bags, suitcases, rucksacks and fashionable handbags. The catalogue also includes pet accessories, such as pet toys (the portfolio does not include pet food) and do-it-yourself home accessories. MILES is also an established player in the jewellery sector, supplying fashionable and high-quality accessories, always in step with the latest trends.
Needless to say, customer support and quality are of the highest priority. The great success of this part of our business is largely due to our intensive customer support: 28 employees are devoted to the development of customised concepts and individualised product lines in close cooperation with our clients. Independent testing institutes monitor the quality and safety standards: the products bear both the GS safety seal (Geprüfte Sicherheit) and the LGA seal of approval (LGA-Gütesiegel).
