The MILES Textiles Department is a combined designer and manufacturer in a number of different areas. MILES’ clientele is primarily made up of wholesalers, retail warehouses, specialised trade and retail companies as well as groups of companies and clubs.
Women’s Fashion – Feminine and Modern
The MILES fashion catalogue contains not only timeless basics, seasonal must-haves and current trend articles. In addition to design and trend, we also place value on quality and innovation in the choice and production of materials.
Men’s Fashion – All-Rounder Articles
In their men’s fashion range, MILES sets the highest standards in quality and comfort. This is made possible by its comprehensive know-how and experience in the area of shirt design and production: the MILES range includes Kent, modern Kent, button down and cutaway collars and Wendler interlining.
In addition to bio cotton, MILES makes use of Pima cotton – a material choice that you can feel; use of high quality Pima cotton results in non-crease, easy-to-care-for, comfortable textiles.
Kids’ Fashion – A Huge Challenge through High Expectations
In our kids’ fashion line, we at MILES tackle and master a difficult challenge: while functionality and robustness are the biggest requirements for children’s fashion, we cannot forget other important factors such as price, durability and, especially, responsibility for our children’s health.
Sportswear – Functional Clothing for a Range of Activities
Functional clothing for active sportsmen and women and everybody else who likes the great outdoors is another important focus of ours. We have a range of materials to support sporting activities. MILES relies on cutting-edge material processing to maximise consumers’ enjoyment of leisure and outdoor activities.
Our wide range includes certified UV protective clothing and weather-resistant articles. Our innovative designs and cutting-edge development are reflected in our use of special fibres for maximum material protection, for example Teflon, which makes fabrics dirt and water-resistant, protecting the clothing.
Quality requirements are also upheld through the use of modern textile technology such as 3M Scotchlite, SUPPLEX by INVISTA and BIONIC-FINISH. Functionality, natural comfort for the wearer and maximum freedom of movement are particularly important. In our production process, we are careful to apply the strictest requirements for sustainable production. We make optimal value for money a key focus.
This is a product line in which customer-specific production techniques are often used, meaning that each individual customer can have bespoke collections designed, developed and produced.
